Unlike many of our competitors we do not feel that there should be a time limit on your event. The excitement of the party doesn’t stop until your contracted time with the facility ends; we will stay to truly complete your night. In addition to quality music services, we are able to provide upgraded services such as monogram and specialty lighting, video slide shows, snowflake machines, and karaoke services.Horizon Entertainment’s standard package is of the highest quality and will meet anyone’s expectations. With our standard package your DJ will arrive to the event center early on the event date to set-up equipment, do various sound and light checks, and coordinate the evening’s events with the venue staff. Our DJ will return an hour before your guests are scheduled to arrive, do additional equipment checks, and be prepared to entertain. There will be music playing as your very first guests arrive, setting the stage for an entertaining evening.
Standard, All-Inclusive Wedding Package- $700
Our standard package includes an enormous selection of digital music, with over 16,000 songs for you and your guests’ listening enjoyment. Introduction of bridal party as they enter the venue, communication with guests for dinner procedures, and standard MC-ing throughout the night. Standard lighting, which will illuminate the dance floor and provide your guests with a great dancing experiences, is also included.
Upgraded Lighting Package- Additional $150
Nothing improves the ambiance of your reception like high quality lighting. Our lighting package adds a wide variety of lighting options to our Standard package. A very popular lighting option is the projected lighted monograms, which can be a single letter, representing the first letter of the new couple’s last name, or a three letter combination with the brides’ first initial, groom’s first initial, and the first letter of the couple’s last name. The letters are projected through a top-of-the-line lighting lens onto a wall or dance floor of the reception facility. Other lighting options include: “up lighting” onto walls, behind the bridal party, or anywhere inside your venue, white or colored lighting under the bridal party table, or spot lighting onto dance floors or special guests tables.
Snow, Bubble & Confetti Machines- Additional $150
Are you looking to really set the mood for your special night? Let us cascade you and your bridal party as they enter with confetti and streamers. Is it a winter wedding? We can provide the finishing touches to make your reception one to truly remember. Let us shower the dance floor during your first dance together with realistic looking snowflakes! The moment will not be forgotten, and the pictures will be unbelievable!
Video Slide Shows- Additional $150
Do you have numerous pictures of you and your soon-to-be spouse? Let us put them together in a high quality video slide show. These are a great way to show the wonderful path the two of you have taken in life to get to where you are today, before you met and after. Your slide show will include up to 100 pictures. Please note we will need the photos three weeks in advance to ensure top quality completion of your personal slide show.
